Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Meteor Clash account and all the game data linked to it at any time. You do not need the game installed to make a request.

What is deleted

• Your player ID and the link to your sign-in account
• Your saved progress: coins, heroes, weapons, skills, scores and statistics
• Your leaderboard entries, player name and picture
• The usage statistics collected from your device through Unity Analytics (the game asks Unity to delete them when you delete your account in the game)

What may be kept

• Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own rules, and we may keep the order ID for up to 5 years where tax or accounting law requires it. A deleted account cannot restore purchases on our side, but Google Play can restore your purchases ("Remove Ads", Mythic skins and looks) on the same Google account.
• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is managed by Google. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android settings.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example "how many players finished wave 10") that cannot identify you.
• Crash reports (the error and the device type) kept by Unity and Google Play under their own rules. They hold no account data.
• Your Unity Player Account, if you signed in with Google, Apple or an email address: it belongs to Unity and can be used with other games, so deleting your Meteor Clash account does not delete it. Delete it on Unity's page (the game shows a button for it after deleting your account).

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to start over, deleting your account is the way to do that too.
