3. Services we use

Some of the data above is processed by these providers on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers above, as needed to run the Game, or when required by law.

4. Ads, statistics and your choices

5. How long we keep data

We keep your player ID, progress and leaderboard entries while your account is active. If you delete your account, this data is deleted within 30 days. Usage statistics and crash reports are kept by Unity under its own retention rules, and data held by Google for ads, purchases and crash reports follows Google's own retention rules. Accounts with no activity for 24 months may be deleted.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete your account from inside the Game (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing us. Deleting your account in the Game also asks Unity to delete the usage statistics collected from your device, and removes the link to your sign-in account. Your Unity Player Account itself (the sign-in you can use with other games too) is Unity's: delete it on Unity's page, which the Game also offers after you delete your account. Full steps are on the account deletion page. Uninstalling the Game removes the settings stored on your device, but does not delete your online progress.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data sent between the Game and our providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we limit the data we collect to what the Game needs.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to some processing. To use any of these rights, email info@sahmgames.com and include your player ID (shown in the Game's settings).

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Game changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the Game.
